Why should you renovate your investment property?

There are so many reasons why doing a renovation to your rental property makes perfect sense.

  • Get more money each month
  • Change your renter profile
  • Have less tenant turnover
  • Compete in todays rental market

But, how do you know what to renovate and how do you manage a reno?

More great questions. Renovating for rentals is much different than other renovations that you may have done in the past. It is easy to do the wrong thing and spend money that you don’t need to.
