Visture Property Group Starts Another Project in Orillia

On April 15 we announced that we were ready to undertake yet another build. Our belief at Visture Property Group is that you get what you ask for, as we did, yet again.

In the coming week, Visture Property Group will breaking ground on a new build in Orillia. It will be an amazing property with 3 units. The top floor will be a 1600 sq.ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive suite. The main floor will be a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1025 sq.ft. executive suite and the lower floor is going to be a stunning 1000 sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom walkout unit which will turn heads.

The location is on Barrie Rd. in Orillia. It’s an amazing location very close to the downtown action, the hospital, amenities, the water, shopping and the highway.

We expect to be renting these units for late summer or early fall 2017. If you’re interested in applying, we recommend you get a jump on applying by emailing us at vip@www.visture.ca. The demand for beautiful apartments in Orillia greatly exceeds the supply so getting in early on these will be important.
