Project Updates: Framing, Renovations & Decks | July 2026

PROJECT UPDATE: This week brought visible progress across Visture construction and renovation projects, including structural framing, a home addition, composite decking, bathroom cabinetry, residential window and door improvements, and a restaurant renovation.

Framing and Roof Trusses Take Shape

Wall framing advanced into a standing, braced structure with roof trusses, fire blocking, and structural supports in place. Careful coordination between materials, trades, and site work created strong momentum for the next construction phase.

Home Addition Advances Into Wall Framing

A home addition progressed through its steel beam, floor system, subfloor, and exterior wall framing. This carefully sequenced structural work is turning the planned addition into visible new living space.

Composite Decking Elevates Outdoor Living

Upper and lower platforms, walkways, stairs, and risers came together in warm wood-toned composite decking. Carefully fitted transitions and mitres give the outdoor space a polished, natural connection to its surroundings.

Modern Bathroom Cabinetry Adds Warmth

New bathroom vanities reached the installation stage, combining streamlined, handle-free fronts with a warm natural-wood finish. Each layout adds practical storage while creating a clean, welcoming look.

New Window and Sliding-Door Improvements

A new window was framed, levelled, secured, and sealed, while sliding-door hardware was installed and adjusted for smooth operation. These practical improvements support comfort, function, and dependable everyday use.

Restaurant Kitchen and Bar Transformation Begins

Selective preparation opened the restaurant kitchen and bar layout, revealed pathways for coordinated building systems, and created a new route for bar-sink plumbing. This foundational work sets the stage for improved flow, function, and guest experience.
