FREE BBQ October 27th

October 16, 2017/in General, Great Living /by visture

On October 27th from 12pm to 2pm, Visture Property Group is hosting a FREE BBQ for the community to thank everyone who contributed to building such a beautiful property @ 304 Barrie Rd.

You will meet the neighbours, the trades people, the builders, the owners of Visture Property Group and the new clients who will make this their new home. It will be a great time! It’s all FREE and FUN!

You do not need to bring anything, just your warm smile and willingness to say hi 🙂

We ask that you register (click here) so that we can accurately forecast how many people will be attending. If you plan to bring friend and family (the more the merrier!) we just ask that you register each person individually with a unique phone number and unique email address.

I’ll be on the grill so drop in and come say Hi 🙂

Sincerely,
Jean-Guy Francoeur
Managing Partner, Visture Property Group

Busy few weeks

October 16, 2017/in 2 bedroom apartment in Orillia, 3 bedroom apartment in orillia /by visture

Well it’s been a crazy few weeks. Our newest units @ 304 Barrie Rd. opened up for client applications in late August/early September and since then we’ve received over 100 applications and over 6000 views (crazy we know!).

We’ve done a lot of digging and found three amazing new clients that will absolutely love their new homes. We are thrilled to have them call Visture Property Group their new home.

Naturally you might be asking yourself, when and where is the next build? Details coming soon, stand by!

You can now fly from Barrie to Toronto, WHAT??

October 11, 2017/in Great Living /by visture

Personally, I never thought I’d see the day where you can fly from Barrie to Toronto. They seem to be so close for a flight but with that traffic on Hwy400 I can see the value. Here’s the full write up.

You’ll soon be able to take a round-trip flight from Oro-Medonte to Toronto for leisure and business travel.

The 19-minute direct flights will run between Lake Simcoe Regional Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport daily from Monday to Friday.

Chris Nowrouzi, CEO of FLYGTA, made the announcement Oct. 10 at Billy Bishop airport.

How Visture Minimizes Noise Transfer Between Apartments

October 9, 2017/in General, The Visture Promise /by visture

At Visture Property Group, your living experience is critical to us. Noise transfer between units is always an interesting conundrum. The best option is to concrete the floors but that frankly is cost prohibitive because rental rates would need to double and that’s just crazy.

Therefore, we need to be more creative on elimination noise transfer and here’s what we do at Visture Property Group.

3 Part Noise Reduction Plan by Visture

  1. We insulate between floors. You would think this goes without saying but not all builders do this. We go above and beyond and insulate between floors.
  2. We install a premium, luxury underlay between the floor foundation and the flooring.
  3. At 304 Barrie Rd. and in the future we will continue to use a special Genie Clip system that is trusted by major brands of architects, builders and acoustical consultants worldwide.

The GenieClip RST (US Patent Number 7,895,803) is a molded rubber and steel isolation clip used to control sound and is designed to:

 Pliteq GenieClip RST
  • Significantly improve low frequency sound control performance
  • Substantially improve impact noise (IIC) and help stop sound through walls and floor/ceiling construction (STC)
  • Allow for thinner and even no resilient mat used in certain floor/ceiling assemblies
  • Substantially reduce costs and associated problems in wood truss floor/ceiling construction and still meet code for fire and sound control—great for apartment construction
  • Be fast and easy to install
  • No short-circuiting as is often the case with resilient channel
